Process
How long does an architectural project take?
For a single house, concept to permit typically takes 3–5 months; large projects take 8–14 months. Construction time depends on scale.
Fees
How are architectural fees set?
Fees depend on floor area, building class, scope of services and the Chamber of Architects minimum fee schedule. We provide an itemised proposal after the first meeting.
General
Do you work abroad?
Yes. Working with local executive architects, we deliver projects in the Gulf, the Balkans and Central Asia.
Services
Can I commission interiors only?
Yes. We provide stand-alone interior architecture for homes, offices and hotels.
Do you pursue sustainability certification?
On LEED and BREEAM projects our team runs the energy modelling and certification consultancy.
